For the past 16 years, I have worked as a Quality Compliance Coordinator and Supervisor for a major auto transport company operating out of Port Newark, New Jersey. In this role, I am responsible for safety standards, regulatory compliance, and operational accountability in a highly regulated environment where attention to detail and responsibility are critical. This experience has taught me how to evaluate problems carefully, make informed decisions, and ensure systems operate as intended, especially when public safety and trust are involved.
I am also a 20 year member of the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary, where I have proudly served by supporting maritime safety, education, and emergency preparedness. Service and readiness are not abstract ideas to me. They are responsibilities I have upheld for two decades.
My educational background is in Mechanical Engineering, which has shaped how I approach challenges. I focus on understanding the facts, recognizing how systems interact, and addressing root causes rather than applying temporary fixes.
In addition, I serve as a Lieutenant with the South Amboy Fire Department, Mechanicsville Hose Co #1, where leadership, teamwork, and sound decision making are essential. When residents call for help, there is no room for politics, only action. That mindset guides how I believe public service should operate at every level.
